On [REDACTED] on or around [REDACTED] I was called over to line 12 where we were running bag n box case weigh is 30lb after being filled with [REDACTED]. I investigate the EE complaint that line was running to fast causing the EE to have pain discomfort to arm elbow neck. First aid treatment was given to EE and EE later went for medical treatment. (EE was pushing filled boxes onto conveyors when they felt the pain)
