Employee was transferring a box containing a spool of wire weighing just slightly under 75lbs. From the pallet on the front of his reach truck to the shelving area. The cardboard box the wire came in ripped and the spool began to drop to the floor. Employee instinctively reached out to grab it to keep it from falling and hurt his shoulder.
