What happened
While installing a tire-rim assembly on a trailer hub [REDACTED] was holding the tire-rim upright with his left hand. He reached for a tire dolly tool with his right hand and briefly took his hand off the tire-rim he was holding with his left hand. The tire-rim began to fall but he quickly caught it with his left hand. Shortly after catching the tire he noticed a sharp pain in his left wrist and what felt like electricity according to him.
