Supervisor of Employee Problem solving part location issue

An employee informed that a part was going into a location had a damage alert placard affixed to the location. While removing a damage alert placard by force the ee did not anticipate that the placard would be affixed to the racking so securely once ee removed placard the employee suffered an injury.
