What happened
Employee was using a hand held suction cup tool in his right hand to grab the top sheet off of a stack of material in order to slide it onto a sheet loader for an EMLK [REDACTED] combo machine. The employee was using his left hand to help slide the material. The employee accidentally misjudged the height of the stacked material and ran his hand into a sheet lower on the stack rather than on the top piece and cut his left hand index finger in the process.
