Before the incident
Employee was in the locker room when he observed another employee moving a smock rack and the smock rack was unbalanced and tipped over.
What happened
Employee and another worker went to assist in picking up the rack. While they were lifting the rack from the floor he found it difficult to get the rack onto the casters since it was top heavy. Employee reached to hold the base still while reassembling the rack into the casters. This reaching motion aggravated an old injury in his back and caused inflammation resulting in difficulty breathing.
