EE was filling a large container with a liquid alcohol substance.
What happened
EE was filling a large container with a liquid alcohol substance. While the EE was filling the container they were unaware of the pressure inside of the container. The liquid substance exploded into their face resulting in liquid chemical exposure into the mouth nose and eyes (under the safety eye glasses). Also EE ingested liquid chemical when breathing in.
