What happened
Employee was disassembling a 3-way valve on the 3D Pop Out line He was tightening bolts. The team lead commented that they were too tight and offered to show him how to do it correctly. The injured employee proceeded to grab the valve which moved the airline to allow air to flow engaging the valve and severed the tip of the left middle and ring finger.
