Trying to loosen a jammed charm from the Pandora machine with her RH index finger.
What happened
A charm jammed up due to an excessive wear in the grippers and use of new style of glass bead. The transfer slides go signal was sent before the charm was able to slide down properly causing a jam-up. The operator tried to free the bead with her index finger; loosened the shaft and the pin which caused the transfer slide to move causing an injury to her right hands index finger.
