[REDACTED] was painting transmission cast in the paint booth with the paint gun when the back and forth motion caused discomfort in his right forearm.

Believing this to have been a strain the associate sent for evaluation and upon x-ray discovered he had fragments of wire wheel embedded in his upper right arm that was causing his discomfort. The associate did not recall an event when the wire wheel entered his arm and there was no visible sign of that injury. Treated as work related as the associate does work with similar product at work as he does at home.
