Removing an empty pallet from his workstation to prepare for a washdown.

The injured EE removed an empty pallet from his workstation to prepare for a washdown. He placed the pallet to the side of his workstation to begin the washdown. He then went to get a hose and started pulling the hose while walking backwards. As he was walking backwards he tripped and fell on the pallet he had just placed on the floor causing him to land on his rear-end.
