TM was cleaning tray machine. TM had cleaned the first compartment of the tray machine and opened the second compartment of the tray machine. The second compartment door is heavier and larger than the first compartment. The door is suppose to lock in place when its opened. TM leaned inside the compartment with the power wash nozzle.
