making a delivery to customer removing straps

[REDACTED] gets in his trailer to deliver some carpet that was strapped to the wall and it was laying on top of some pallet. Customer had a forklift with a pole customer put his pole into the carpet. The customer goes to lift the roll up [REDACTED] then attempted to un-do the straps and the straps was knotted up. [REDACTED] grabbed the first strap and then the pole came dis attached from the customers forklift resulting in the 695l roll of carpet making contact with [REDACTED] right fore arms. [REDACTED] 's current pain is at a 6 and [REDACTED] stated his fingers feel numb.
