Employee was positioned on the floor within the Shipping areas beside an active gaylord positioned close to door 15. Another team member that was working close by grabbed two boxes and they thought that the team member might need some additional space so they backed up. They took two steps backward and upon doing so their right foot hit a yellow I beam behind him causing them to fall over. They fell backwards having their back head and right arm making impact with the floor.
