What happened
[REDACTED] - Inhaled Isopropyl Alcohol Fumes causing head to toe Hives. Manager was contacted as well as Nurse Practitioner [REDACTED] who works across the hallway. Had to be treated with Hydroxazine 50 mg. [REDACTED] - stayed home due to tiredness from medications after hives incident. [REDACTED] Noted fumes of Isopropyl alcohol in the hallway sent Email to manager [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Notified nursing staff in the hallway to please make sure alcohol containing wipese were removed. (Fumes were coming from the procedure exam room that is shared with Dr [REDACTED] hallway). [REDACTED] today at [REDACTED] strong Isopropyl alcohol smell coming from the patient Procedure room once again. once again sent emails and notified nursing staff of exposure. This time congestion coughing throat closing and swelling. Immediately contacted [REDACTED] working across the hallway and she was able to secure liquid benedryl 12.5 mg (pediatric dosing in a sealed container). Took 2 doses. This seems t
