Before the incident
I was walking back to my desk after rooming a patient.
What happened
On [REDACTED] I felt a tug on my left glute [REDACTED] while I was working. As the day went on I started having more pain. This day I was rooming with my provider so I was sitting standing walking and bending. Once I went home I had severe pain - affecting my mobility. The next day I had some lead work to do and was RB [REDACTED] in the afternoon which did not require me to be as active as the day before. I still had pain but I was able to manage it with [REDACTED] and acetaminophen. I was afraid that it would continue to worsen so I went to UD Urgent care after work.
