What happened
A patient fainted in the parking lot she was going to the Weight loss for life program. Front desk alerted Myself and MA [REDACTED]. Patient was awake by time we got outside. Both myself and [REDACTED] tried to help her get up the ground was uneven as the patient 's car was up against the curb. And we were on the grass mound next to it. We were unable to help patient get up as she was dead weight. So my right knee pulled with the weight of her and the uneven ground. I have a burning sensation and tenderness and it is sore to walk on. More caregiver 's and a provider arrived and took care of patient. I went back inside. I let [REDACTED] our manger know when she asked what happened outside. [REDACTED] when I came into work I had a few issues with the computer in exam room 3 signing on. So I kneeled down with the help of the counter to make sure everything was plugged in. Then when I getting up from the ground the right knee pulled more. I have had burning sensation and pain.
