What happened

EE was in the [REDACTED] that he loaded onto the trailer he was instructed to come down by the driver. EE was walking down the steps to get off the unit. EE turned around to get off the unit with three points of contact. EE climbed up the steps he put his left leg down onto the ground. When EE put his weight onto his left leg he felt a pop in his left knee and felt his left knee bend back. EE fell to the ground in pain. The driver seen him on the ground and rushed to him while also calling out for help. EE supervisor was the first one to come to the help. EE was told to stay down and not move. EE was asked where is the pain and how bad is the pain. Safety was called and cleared EE to be moved into the building. EE was sat down and treated with first aid.
