Before the incident
Employee was loading the mixer with the vinegar when the vinegar rolled back out of the mixer and into his eyes. The employee immediately hollered out and the utility from bun side as well as the scaler from bun side came over and guided them to the eye wash station. I was on my way out there when I noticed them at the station and they called for me to come over. When I got there they informed me of what had happened. I brought the employee into the office to call [REDACTED]. They instructed me that he should be taken to the hospital. I did so.
