Before the incident
Employee was working on the bun wrap line. While working the yellow switch conveyor got stuck on line three. This caused buns to start moving into line 3 and for a buildup. The employee notified engineering of the equipment malfunction and proceeded to start clearing the buns from where they were piling up. When the employee was pushing the buns over his finger got caught on the conveyor. This caused a laceration to his right index finger and abrasions to his right middle finger and thumb.
