What happened
Pt who was a fall risk set off the bed alarm by trying to get out of bed. No other staff was available to help with pt (due to being in another pt room). I ran from the HUC desk to the pt room on opposite ends to make sure the pt wasn 't on the ground on their feet. After getting help to assist pt back in bed I started to feel sharp pain in my left hip. I figured I turned the wrong way but as the days have gone by the pain has gradually become worse hard to sit lay comfortably.Left hip sharp pain unbearable.
