What happened
njured employee was pulling a resident up a ramp in their wheelchair into a transport vehicle when the right grip handle came off of the wheelchair which caused the employee to reach for the left side of the wheelchair. The left grip then also came off. The employee grabbed further down towards the back of the wheelchair and pulled the resident the rest of the way up the ramp.
