Employee was cleaning out dough that was clogged inside the machine at the bun panomat They had cleaned out dough two other times earlier during their shift On the third time they stopped the pan line but did not stop the sheeter (as they did the previous two times) During this time the employee reached down behind the machine guard and got their hand stuck in the sheeter rollers and their co worker had to stop the machine When the employee went to pull their hand out of the rollers is when they believe the cut had occurred to the palm of their right hand from the force of pulling it out
