Employee said that they were using the jetblack air blower stationed in between the employee breakroom and sanitation washroom on [REDACTED] When they were done using it and went to put it back they put their leg up on the guard rail underneath it and their foot slipped forward When it slipped forward their foot was twisted between the bar and wall causing a strain and swelling in their right leg calf They fell on their side and caught themself with their elbow on the ground [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) the pain went into their back The employee said that they were wearing slipresistant shoes and that there was foamy liquid on the floor and the bar There was also a wet floor sign out right in the area that the employee had walked past to get to the jet back air blower They employee also said that their back began to hurt after working on their leg and compensating by using their other leg more They confirmed that they did report the accident to their Supervisor the day it occurred They trie
