Before the incident
The bun oven broke down throughout the employees shift (pans kept jamming) causing the employee to have to continuously rack off pans from the line (occurred off and on throughout shift) The employee is not sure exactly when it occurred during the shift but at some point they believe that they had bumped their right arm forearm against a hot pan while going to move the rack causing a first degree burn Throughout their shift they also were moving pan carts where the wheels were not moving correctly making them difficult to move The employee believes they had strained their right arm forearm as well during that shift while trying to move the pan carts with the bad wheels
