Before the incident
Employee was out at the bun line feeder position in wrap running her station She went to either start or stop the line at the panel and when she turned around to walk away she took a few steps and then tripped over their shoe strings The employee fell to the ground and landed on their hands They did not feel pain at the time of the injury but felt pain later when they went to the doctor (pain in left shoulder) Their shoe laces were tied however the shoe string was hanging long off of their shoe (right foot) which caused them to trip
