Employee was helping a coworker at the bun line pan stacker clean up pans that had fallen from a pan jam He went behind the equipment to pick up a pan from the ground and while doing so a hot pan fell onto his back His shirt protected him from the heat so he did not get burned but he sustained a bruise on his back He is not sure if the pan had just fallen from the conveyor or if it was the pan stacker who pushed the pan off The employee did not feel pain when it occurred but felt pain in their back the next day (2142024)
