The scanner was not working on door 5 so the Shipping Supervisor instructed the First Fleet yard man to move the trailer from door 5 to door 11 A Shipping Employee was exiting the trailer after just loading a stack of bread at door 5 when the trailer was pulled off the dock The moving trailer caused the employee to slip and fall onto their back The hand truck they were using had also hit the top of their head during the fall This resulted in a lower back muscle strain contusion to the head and a concussion The employee was on the trailer until it made it to door 11 where the Supervisor checked on the employee and called an ambulance
