Walking through the fabrication warehouse to get packaging materials.

[REDACTED] had a significant rain event and an internal storm drain overflowed onto the floor. The water was being cleaned up at the source. However the water ran under a wall and into an aisle on the other side. An operator was attempting to walk around the water to get packaging material and got one foot in the water and slipped and fell to the ground.

The employee experienced pain in the right lower back and in the right wrist from the fall.
