Employee had been working in the laydown area in the [REDACTED] Perfect Pick are to secure a pallet of beams

Employee was preparing the stacked beams to be wrapped with high tensile strapping. He pushed one end of the top beam inward causing the opposite end to fall off the edge and the entire beam fell onto the floor. In the fall the employees right foot was struck.

Laceration to right great toe. Contusion to right foot.
