Employee was unloading an inbound trailer [REDACTED]. When removing the last double stack of product when backing out of the trailer the forklift drove over a weak spot in the trailer floor and back left steer tire created a hole. The forklift bounced and shook the employee. No bump alarm was activated during the incident. Employee stop after exiting the trailer and contacted the Team Lead.
