What happened
Employee was walking down the stairs following the townhall meeting. As the employee approached the last step the employee stated she believes she missed the last step resulting in her fall (approximately an 812-inch fall with variability based on body position at the time of the fall). Employee indicated she was not holding the handrail as she was holding a plate of food in one hand and a beverage in the other. She also stated she had not used these stairs before and noted that they felt steep to her. These are standard stairs in a multitenant building (measurements confirmed in investigation).
