Injured Employee at around [REDACTED] requested help from an external contractor working nearby the area. Crown contractor proceeded to move the reach truck so that Injured Employee foot could free. The Crown technician then proceeded to look for supervisorial support to get medical support for Injured Employee. Injured operator called leadman for assistance. [REDACTED] headed to the scene and call his supervisor who instructed [REDACTED] to call [REDACTED]
