Team member was walking down the main stair well coming down from clearing a drain on the precipitator wet bottom with two other employees The employees were on that job for approximately 20 minutes When they were walking down the staircase from the 13th floor the team member missed a step with their left foot This caused team members left foot to continue down to the next step causing his right leg to bend under and his right knee to hit the stair Team member tried to reach and grab for the handrails but couldnt stop the fall Team member continued to slide down the staircase to the next platform 45 steps down Team member was holding a green jacket while he descended the stairs and at the time of the incident Steps were dry and in good condition
