Before the incident
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] EE was replacing the doublebacker starch pump when he noticed that it was not working good while he was in the process of flushing bleach water on the lines As EE was in the motion of laying down the new starch pump on the platform (pump estimated weight is 5060lbs) EEs right hand slipped on the bottom of the pump and fell between 2 to 3 inches gap between the pump and platform with his right hand in between This caused his right ring finger to get stuck when it fall causing a swelling on his right ring finger
