At Approximately [REDACTED] Two Employees approached the lead on the shift about an incident involving the left thumb of one of the employees They revealed that their left thumb got smashed in between the print plate cylinder and the impression roll on the [REDACTED] 1 Two employees were attempting to hang a 2piece print plate at the same time The noninjured employee was controlling the rotation and did not see nor the other employee the injured employee left thumb was headed towards the nip point Lead took injured employee to the clinic and handed them off to the Safety Manager
