Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I was notified by the Associate that they were experiencing pain in their left arm They said they had the pain for a while at least a few weeks and it was not improving I asked if there was a specific incident or if it was pain developed over time They said the pain developed over time They said they were going to the doctor and wanted to let me know They wanted to verify if taking pain removers was enough and indicated they might need modified duties until it improved I notified the Operations Manager and called the MSSM for guidance The MSSM determined that we have an agreement with Concentra ([REDACTED]) and said that the Associate should be sent there today for medical treatment After finishing their written statement the Associate left for the doctor I notified the supervisor chain and provided an update to them
