A maintenance mechanic was driving a PIT through finished goods warehouse when his PIT contacted a pole by the North discharge lines with the mast This contact caused the TM to be jostled forward which bent the employees left wrist causing discomfort The TM reported the incident to the onshift supervisor After the report it was decided that medical attention was needed The Employee was seen at the local ER The plant will continue to follow up with our team mate to provide any necessary support
