Temporary contract worker was asked to do a different task then they were on in the beginning of shift They went from kit building to rack building The employee knew at the beginning of the shift that they did not have on the proper footwear to work on the floor but proceeded to work anyway While rack building the employee was moving two side rails from the holding area to the build area When they set the rails down they slid three feet to the floor and the rails fell flat to the floor hitting the employee on the left foot hurting their big toe
