TM was attempting to change out the shrink roll for machine While holding on to the bar for shrink roll unit TM unlatched the left side of the steel rod setting it on the edge as TM went to unlatch the right side of rod the left side slipped off causing right side of the rod to fall as well Because TM was still holding on to bar the bar fell on hand crushing right hand middle finger
