Teammate was going to put shrink wrap into a bin where shrink wrap belongs In the process of going back to the location she was working there was a stack of pallets next to the shrink wrap bin and one of the pallets had a binding strap hanging out of it When the teammate went to walk back to her work area her right foot got caught in the strap hanging out causing the teammate to trip and fall about 3 feet to the floor When the teammate tripped they fell on their left side and tried to brace themselves with their right arm Teammate is having pain in their right arm from the fall
