EE was pushing a flat cart to some pallets in order to replenish her work area with poly mailer envelopes As she traversed the what appeared to be normal concrete warehouse floor she suddenly lost her footing There was an abnormally slick section of concrete (about 5x5) that caused her to slip As she attempted to regain her footing she supported herself with the cart she was pushing and was able to maintain her footing and avoided falling After the incident the EE experienced some soreness in her lower back
