What happened
Body fluid exposure in right eye. RN was assisting with a midline after a PIV didn 't work. When cleaning up after placing the midline another RN was folding the chuck pad. There was a syringe used to flush the line. When folding the chuck pad the syringe was compressed and the fluid squirted in [REDACTED] 's eye.
