After successfully passing these assessments [REDACTED] asked [REDACTED] to drive up and down the warehouse aisles for observation in both forward and reverse. While attempting to back down aisle E [REDACTED] lost control of the forklift and struck [REDACTED] pinning him between the forklift and the warehouse rack upright.
