EE was providing care for resident and he was combative hitting his face and biting his finger

EE and another coworker were cleaning and changing clothes on an aggressive client and when he was holding the client hands the [REDACTED] male client forcefully broke free from the EE grasp and he grabbed the EE right arm and bit his right index finger and the clinet wouldnt release his finger and bite broke the skin When the EE broke free from the clients mount the client punched the EE on the left side of the ehad and the EE felt dizzy and became nauseous and since this injury he has a headache
