What happened
EE now has pain to right index finger and right elbow. EE states that pain is now aggravated by having to use hook on [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] to feed the saw. EE states that she should like to stay in Prep 1 but does not want to rack. EE states that she had this pain before she doesn?t remember when but [REDACTED] from using hook in Prep 1 but now from using the hook on [REDACTED] the pain is aggravated and much worse. EE states that all of her injuries happened at the same time. When questioned if EE reported right index or right elbow pain before. EE states I am reporting it now.
