EE states that last [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] EE was sent from Corn Beef line to work in Prep 1. EE states while working in Prep 1 EE was lifting a tray to put on rack and as EE was doing that another EE was sliding a tray in the rack towards the bottom of the rack and hit EE in the right inner knee with the tray. EE states that he didn?t think much about it at the time but EE states he now has pain to his right inner knee.
