Unloading truck

EE was on rear of the trailer that was full of pallets where there was little room on the floor to maneuver. He tried to pull the trailer door down and started to fall backwards so he reached up and grabbed a strap on top of the pallets to keep from falling. As he reached up he felt an intense pain to the left side of the back of his neck that radiated to top of left shoulder. He was able to hold on to the strap and didn’t fall. He is having difficulty moving his head and experiencing numbness. He continued to finish his route but requested to see a doctor.
