What happened
An employee seated at one of the break tables in the break area of the shop cut his arm on the edge of the table. A fan was repositioned to get a draft through the break area. The draft caused some napkins on the table to begin blowing away. The employee reached quickly for the napkins and struck the edge of the table causing the laceration.
