Before the incident
Transferring items from one pallet to another. [REDACTED] was training with [REDACTED] on a forklift. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] went to move a larger two person lift item to another pallet. When lowering the item to the pallet [REDACTED] lowered his end faster than [REDACTED] did causing the weight of the item to pull [REDACTED] forward. The inertia cause [REDACTED] to bend at the waist which cause a strain in his lower back. [REDACTED] mentioned he has had this happen previously when he was younger.
